FELICIA AJANI WIDOWS SUPPORT INITIATIVE (FAWSI)

FELICIA AJANI WIDOWS SUPPORT INITIATIVE (FAWSI) was birthed as a revelation received from God by the Founder of the foundation as captured in James 1:27, which states that: “Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world” (NKJV).

This revelation of James 1: 27 birth Yemisi Alogi Orphanage & Children’s Home (YAOCH) for the orphans and FELICIA AJANI WIDOWS SUPPORT INITIATIVE (FAWSI) for the widows. These unique charity projects operates under the leadership of Tobby Emmanuel Foundation and named after the name of the mother and the mother – in – law of the visionary and director of these projects, Rev. Oluwatobiloba Emmanuel.

FELICIA AJANI WIDOWS SUPPORT INITIATIVE (FAWSI) is a non – governmental organization focused on alleviating the plight of widows and their children. We design and execute programmes that improve the standard of living and give financial independence to widows and educational opportunities to their children through our primary and secondary schools – Strong Foundation Nursery & Primary School and Dreamers College respectively.

A journey which started on the 20th March, 2023 with one (1) widow, Mrs. Abubakar Hannah is amalgamating into a network of widows. We work in conjunction with other arms of Tobby Emmanuel Foundation to provide spiritual strengthening, comfort and encouragement to widows and their children.

Our board of directors and management team comprises of people who possess integrity, professionalism, excellence and achievements. Our work is produced by faith as well as labour that are prompted by love and endurance which is inspired by hope.

But by the grace of God, I am what I am, and His grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them – yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me – 1 Cor. 15: 10
